School Scheme - Sheffield United

G.W. Price, based in Eckington, has agreed a three-year sponsorship of United’s Fit for School scheme, which will see the company provide a healthy snack to every child taking part in the unique initiative.

United’s Fit for School scheme aims to make learning fun thanks to combining football knowledge with education. It is aimed at Key Stage 2 children and based around the five objectives of the national Every Child Matters approach.

Be Healthy, Stay Safe, Enjoy and Achieve, Make a Positive Contribution and Achieve Economic Wellbeing are the key objectives in the scheme.
