This would subsequently be delivered by train to the railway station at Staveley, Chesterfield and from there by horse and cart back to a small village store in Eckington. When G. W. Price was away in Lincolnshire his wife would walk around Eckington and the neighbouring villages collecting orders for fresh produce which would then be delivered to their doors!
